Learn some chords and learn how to properly tune it
You’ll be good to go.
Then get your Fender

firt take some time to go crazy with it to get your juices flowing then get creative with it once you make a beat take some lessons and your good to go

I started with an electric and it wasn’t until a year and half later that I bothered buying an acoustic. It really depends what music your into, do you listen to more electric or acoustic stuff? its totally up to you, theres no right or wrong.

Let me put it this way, playing on acoustic, is like lifting weights, so by the time you grab and electric you’ll fly all over the neck!
