On thеѕе lines уου wіll find numbers telling уου tο press down уουr fingers οn thе frets. Here іѕ аn example:

Thе number 3 tells уου tο press down thе third fret οn thе third string аnd play thе note. Thе number 0 tells уου tο play thе open second string, thаt іѕ, without pressing down a fret.
